Dr. Charles Luu
Dr. Charles Luu earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry after completing his undergraduate studies at Pacific University. He began his career at Cigna Health Plans upon graduation. Four years later, Dr. Luu entered private practices in Santa Ana and Westminster. He continued his career working for two ophthalmological practices, Winston Eye Care and Anaheim Eye Medical Group. Throughout his career, he continually manages and treats keratoconic patients with specialty contact lenses. Dr. Luu co-manages LASIK surgery, cataract surgery, and manages and treats glaucoma, eye infections, and injuries.

Dr. Luu has been fortunate to have served on the Southern California College of Optometry Board of Trustees and in the office of Alumni President.

Dr. Luu and Dr. Louie Luu have three adult children. They enjoy traveling and trying out different cuisines.
Dr. Lynne Louie Luu earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry after completing her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. Since her graduation, she worked at Friendly Hills Healthcare Network.
She continued onto private practice working with Jeffrey Winston, M.D. at Winston Eye Care, Fullerton. She manages and treats glaucoma, eye infections, and eye injuries. Dr. Louie Luu enjoys fitting specialty contact lenses to improve the quality of vision for her patients.
She speaks fluent Spanish and is taking classes to learn Vietnamese.

Dr. Lynne Louie Luu
Dr. Brandon Luu has earned his Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University after completing his undergraduate studies at UC Riverside.
Dr. Luu manages and treats eye infections and injuries as well as fitting specialty contact lenses.
He also co-manages LASIK surgery, cataract surgery, and manages and treats glaucoma, eye infections, and injuries.
Dr. Luu speaks fluent Spanish.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, bicycle riding, playing basketball, and outdoors sports.
